Table (Basic) and Table (Full) Command

These two commands convert your wrapped keywords to Table format which is designed to be copy and paste to Adwords Editor.

Table (Basic)

You have a list of keywords that are properly wrapped with match types.
  • You select the cells
  • Click on Table (Basic)
  • The keywords will be placed in the table format match types description

If you have marked "Copy Output" check box at the right end of Ribbon panel, the program will automatically copy the output.

You can just paste this table to Adwords Editor.


Notice the output in Table format.


Table (Full)

You have a list of keywords that are properly wrapped with match types.

  • You select the cells
  • Click on Table (Full)
  • Decide on Max CPC, keywords status, etc.
  • The keywords will be placed in a table with match types description

If you have marked "Copy Output" check box at the right end of Ribbon panel, the program will automatically copy the output.

You can just paste this table to Adwords Editor.

Select cells, fill up details, execute.

Output Options


You have 3 output options in converting wrapped keywords to Table format, i.e. Active Sheet, New Sheet or New Workbook.

The default location for this option is New Sheet.

Copy and Paste to Adwords Editor


There are 2 process flow to copy and paste to Adwords Editor:

1) The table has Campaign Name and Ad Group Name

  • Select Keywords tab
  • Click on Make multiple changes
  • Click on Add/update multiple keywords
  • Mark the check box with "My keyword information below includes columns for campaign and ad group names" at top left of the dialog box
  • Paste the keywords table to the Keywords text box
  • Click Process button at the bottom right of the dialog box
  • Review the outcome and Click Finish button




2) The table is without Campaign Name and Ad Group Name
  • Select Keywords tab
  • Choose the Campaign and Ad Group at the left panel 
  • Click on Make multiple changes
  • Click on Add/update multiple keywords
  • Make sure the check box with "My keyword information below includes columns for campaign and ad group names" at top left of the dialog box is unmark/ clear
  • Paste the keywords table to the Keywords text box
  • Click Process button at the bottom right of the dialog box
  • Review the outcome and Click Finish button
